"Wild"erness weekend

We spent the weekend in the Adirondacks at Daikers with a bunch of friends and family. Both shows were a lot of fun. Rick made his debut on lead vocals and has subsequently retired from the spot as well. Over the weekend there were bear sightings, Rocky sightings, and Sindoni sightings, all three were a bit scary. Back at Krupacamp a cub played near our campsight because some "swift thinking" campers across the way covered their campsite with bacon grease. I do not suggest attempting this one. Sunday we hiked one of the local mountains as Mikey, Fran, and Jay exhibited their understanding of rock climbing and wilderness survival skills on only water and Slim Jims.

The Rigby's Connection

One of our favorite local bands "The Rigby's" who have been on hiatus for some time are going to help us out a bunch over the next few weeks. Lou Dettor will be laying down the final tracks on the new CD within the next week singing back-ups on one of the new tunes. Mick Thorpe also will be filling in for Rick on drums at Hooligan's in August when Rick will be out of town on business (recording his BIG 80's drum CD in Los Angeles). Should be exciting, stay tuned in for more details as they are released to the public.

Fireworks

It was a great time underneath the tent Thursday @ Coleman's. It got really scary with the props. You had to be there to understand the picture on the front page! There are plenty of great shows left for the summer. Make sure to make it out to a few before winter sets in again. We know are fans like the warm weather. Also keep an ear to the ground for the release of the new cd.
