Balloon Fest and Beyond

Thanks to everyone who has made the trek out to the shows in the past weeks. We started our summer schedule with Coleman's under the tent Thursday night. It was spectacular. We were fortunate enough to have a dedicated light show thanks to Chuck and crew! This is the first official light show that we have ever done! Thanks to the Henninger crew for coming out and joining in on the festivities. Pete and Chris were there as the usual suspects. I think that I had too much fun because I am not quite sure where any of my guitars ended up. I will have to locate them in the coming weeks since we are off. Chris is in Russia trying to restore communism to its past glory and the rest of us are taking care of our business. Please email the band with any pictures or suggestions. There are a lot of fun shows this summer and we hope to see you out. Peace!

fun weekend

Thanks to everyone who made it out to balloonfest last Sunday as well as the redhouse for our on-air show with Dave Frisina. We wanted to thank Bo Bice once again as well for setting the new world sound check record at 3 hours and 37 minutes. He was on stage getting ready longer than it takes Rick to buy new drum heads. We had a great time and got to see a lot of familiar faces. We hung out with our friends the Mike Estep band backstage before the show and it is always fun when Ted and Amy are around. Ted tried on a few of the wigs from the propbox. ( He looked good too!) Sunday night was a blast as well. Dave always sets us up and the show Sunday night on TK99 was an awesome time. We got to try out one of the new songs as well as play acoustically as a trio which was different but enjoyable. The crowd at the redhouse was great and we were happy to share a few of our songs with them. Our last show before summer vacations is next Thursday at Coleman's under the tent at 6:30. It will definitely be one you do not want to miss! We hired a laserlight show (seriously) as well as a few juggling circus freaks. (not so seriously) See you Thursday under the bigtop.
